Grain pans

We make step plates for the grain pan and grain pan dividers to size provided by the customer.

Parameters of the sheet metal for the grain pan regeneration:
– material thickness – 0.9 mm;
– notch height: approx. 9 mm;
– pitch between notches: approx. 31-32 mm.

The step plate produced by us is dedicated to repairs grain pans in all makes and models of combine harvesters (CLAAS, Dronningborg, Massey Ferguson, CASE, VOLVO, John Deere, New Holland, Deutz Fahr etc.).

To make a sheet, we need the following information: length; width, length of straight sections at the front and back. We can do it for an additional fee embossing for dividers or on the sides.

The sheet is sold in its raw state (not galvanized and not painted) – up to self-welding.

We manufacture complete, ready to be inserted into the frame of the conveyor floor – galvanized, with rubbers.

We mainly offer conveyor floors for CLAAS combine harvesters.

Our offer also includes complete grain pans for John Deere, Deutz Fahr etc. As for the overall dimensions and fixing methods, they are compatible with the originals. Design changes have been made to some models to increase the strength of the grain pan.

Grain pans are painted with chemically hardened paint or galvanized. Sold complete with side sealing rubbers.
