On October 30, 2025, we participated in the 9th edition of Corn Day in Budyń. During the event, we presented our sieves with various types of lamellas (CZ1, CZ2, CZ3m, CZ4 and LDW), round bar concaves – so important when harvesting wet corn – as well as drum covers and other parts for combine harvesters.
A week before the event, our CZ4 sieves (43 mm tooth) with a 48 mm wire spacing were installed on a CLAAS Lexion 770 combine as part of field trials. Tests are proceeding very successfully – they will continue throughout the corn harvest.

As we know, this year is exceptionally difficult in terms of grain moisture and harvesting conditions, which is why at OSKO-PLAST we are constantly looking for new solutions appropriate to the current situation.
We are currently collecting data from various customers, and after the season ends, we will present our conclusions regarding sieves designed for corn threshing – when is it better to choose sieves with CZ3m lamella and when with CZ4 lamella?
We sincerely thank you for the opportunity to participate in the event and for all the visits to our stand.
It’s a great pleasure and honor for us to be able to work with such committed and open-minded partners. We extend special thanks to:
👉 Mr. Andrzej Kurtys (owner of the combine and event organizer)
👉 his son Bartek
👉 and the combine operator
for their excellent cooperation, openness, and diligent commitment to testing.
Thanks to such people, we are able to truly develop our products and further improve our agricultural solutions.
Thank you again for the time we spent together. We wish all farmers good luck in their further corn harvests!
